Data controller

The controller of the data collected via this site is IQ 2.0, with its registered office at 177 av. Achille Peretti, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. For any question regarding the processing of your data, please contact contact@iq20.net.

Data we collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing :
  • Contact / application form : last name, first name, email, phone (optional), message, CV (where applicable).
  • Audience measurement : navigation statistics and session recordings via PostHog (hosted in the European Union), enabled only after your consent. No data is collected until you accept the banner.

Purposes & legal basis

Data is processed in order to :
  • respond to your contact requests (legitimate interest) ;
  • process spontaneous and qualified applications (pre-contractual measures) ;
  • improve the site, measure its audience and record browsing sessions (consent).

Recipients

Data is only accessible to authorised IQ 2.0 teams (sales, HR, management). It is neither sold nor shared with third parties. Where applicable, it may be transmitted to our technical processors (host, mailing tool), bound by contract under the GDPR.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests : 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Unsuccessful applications : 2 years from the last contact, unless you object.
  • Audience cookies : 13 months maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you, and to define directives on its fate after your death. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@iq20.net, providing proof of your identity.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.

Cookies & audience measurement

To measure the site's audience and record browsing sessions — in order to identify friction points and improve the experience — we use PostHog, an analytics tool hosted in the European Union.

These processing activities are enabled only after your explicit consent, collected via a banner on your first visit. Until you accept, no measurement cookie is set and no browsing data is collected. If you accept, PostHog sets a cookie and local-storage data, kept for 13 months maximum.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page : withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

IQ 2.0 is not required to appoint a DPO under Article 37 of the GDPR : its processing activities do not involve large-scale sensitive data, are not based on regular and systematic monitoring of individuals, and the company is not a public authority.

Any request concerning your personal data may nevertheless be sent directly to contact@iq20.net.
